Information for Parents
As a parent you will need the following to be up-to-date at all times:
- Email on file - Gmail preferred
- Phone number on file
If your child attends Austin Elementary....
- Your child will need to complete the daily eLearning attendance Google Form located in their Google Classroom
- If you DO NOT complete this daily attendance form - your child will be marked absent
- IF you child is absent, treat it as though they were in a brick and morter school. Please communicate the reason of their absence to their eLearning teacher for us to mark excused and unexcused absences
- You can expect to receive weekly progress reports from Odysseyware via your parent email
- Your child will be required to attend virtual meetings per week with their eLearning teacher during the school day from 8:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.
If your child attends Austin Middle or Austin High......
- Your child will need to complete the daily eLearning attendance Google Form located in their Google Classroom
- If you DO NOT complete this daily attendance form - your child will be marked absent

- Weekly Student Progress Report - You will receive your child's progress report weekly in your email account that you provided at registration
